The Costa Smeralda is a newly built complex of four stone built building with modern and functional rooms, while from the balconies of the apartments you can enjoy a unique view of the Ionian Sea.

Each building consists of two maisonettes and a ground floor three-room apartment.

The maisonettes can accommodate up to five people, and consist of a living room-kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a WC.
The ground floor apartments consist of a kitchen, a living room with a stone fireplace, a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two beds and a bathroom.
Each living room has an armchair and a sofa that can be converted into a double bed, allowing more people to be accommodated.
