In the enchanting Sivota, in this beautiful and green village of Thesprotia, is the newly built house “Villa Vera”, overlooking the Ionian Sea in a prominent position, waiting for all of you to spend with us moments of calm and carefreeness.

Our rental apartments are located in a quiet area just outside the center of the village, away from noise but not far from the entertainment center. The distance from the nearest beach is 650 meters.

The house (apartments – rooms) consists of three apartments of two rooms each. The two first floor apartment has two bedrooms separate kitchen, bathroom and terrace. The apartment on the second floor has two independent bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terrace of 60 sq.m. with amazing views. All apartments are 50 sq.m.
