Delmar – Elegant, unique, refined. He stands looking at the beach with the small island and the small church of Agia Paraskevi.

The idea was to design a spacious, luxurious villa in the green landscape that would give guests absolute privacy. It is located in a unique location, offering panoramic views of the Ionian Sea and idyllic sunsets. The estate in which it is located has an area of ​​7,200 square meters. The gardens are full of plants and fruit trees, giving the visitor a relaxing atmosphere.

The villa has two floors. In the first there is a spacious living room with dining area, a fully organized kitchen with modern appliances (American refrigerator, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, oven, microwave) fireplace, four bedrooms (3 en suite), a separate bathroom and completely independent entrance to the villa.

On the second floor the master bedroom, en suite, and next to it a second bedroom with twin beds. Its balcony overlooks Paxos and the south side of Corfu. All rooms of the villa have sea views.

Outside, stylish pool, sunbeds, two large umbrellas, stone benches. On the next side of the villa a stone BBQ, a three meter stone table set in a large lawn garden is the ideal place for beautiful evenings with friends.

The villa has two entrances, the main one and one from the beach. It has its own path to and from the beach. At its sides stand olives, almonds, pomegranates, walnuts, apricots, figs and at the end a private place by the beach with sunbeds, umbrella, stone table.

Cleaning before and after departure, one during (one week stay) is included in the rental price. Additional cleaning must be agreed upon arrival and is charged extra.
