Villa Dimitra is a two-storey house with parking, a paved courtyard with garden and flowers, lemon, orange and olive trees are available on the property (1000 m²). It is quietly located in Sivota, 8 minutes walk from the beach of Zavia and 15 minutes from the beach of the port which is full of taverns and other shops.

Each apartment (65 m²) has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room-kitchen, balcony and a large terrace. There is central heating and each apartment has air conditioning, fans, TV, electric stove (ceramic hob), refrigerator-freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, electric iron, safe, pots, crockery, cutlery, sheets and sheets. Wireless internet is available. In the yard there is a stone grill.
